Welcome to the METAV 2022 up!date 05.

Today we would like to inform you about the supporting services such as stand cleaning we provide so you have your hands free during the trade fair period. Who assists me with daily waste disposal?

Please remember that a late charge of 35% will be assessed for orders of technical services received after 23 May 2022.

Please also note the latest adjustment to the Corona Ordinance, with which the previous restrictions on stand construction and other regulation are omitted. Our recommendations for hygiene and infection protection measure can be found here.
When planning your stand construction, only the Technical Guidelines 2022 of Messe Düsseldorf apply (please note: additional specifics).

Voluntary hygiene standards provide safety

METAV – REAL DIGITAL THE PERFECT MATCH – After a break of just under six months life will return to Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre with the International Exhibition for Metalworking Technologies. The METAV 2022 will run without the Covid rules of the past two years, according to the current status.

To continue providing all participants with a sense of safety, Messe Düsseldorf will voluntarily adhere to hygiene and infection protection measures.

• We continue to recommend wearing medical masks on our site and keeping a distance of 1.5 meters from other people.

• In addition, we provide disinfectant dispensers and cleans frequently used contact surfaces several times a day.

• Distance markings in waiting areas ensure that crowds of people are kept apart, for example in front of information desks and checkouts.

• Doors, provided they are not fire doors, are opened so that they can be passed through without being touched.

• Transparent partitions at service and information counters also remain in place.

Admission Vouchers

If you’d like to encourage customers and other interested parties to come to a decision, we suggest that you use our voucher codes and invite them to visit you at your trade fair stand. Wondering how it works? It’s very simple actually. You send them a digital voucher, and the recipient then picks up their e-ticket online, using the code.

PLEASE NOTE and inform your customers about the following changes:

• Admission vouchers can only be redeemed in the METAV online ticket shop. An on-site redemption will not be possible.

Important: Don't forget your bus and train ticket.

Free travel to and from events at the Düsseldorf venue by local public transport, which was previously included in admission tickets, will no longer be possible from January 2022, a ticket must be purchased. For information and tickets, please visit www.rheinbahn.de.

METAV is not only a pioneer in digital and hybrid trade fair formats, but has also been relying on a strong social media presence for several years. At METAV, we are using hybrid elements. In addition to the established web sessions, our live forum will be professionally recorded and be available online. Waste / Disposal

It not only saves time – it also simplifies your pre-sorting: allow the experts to take care of your waste disposal. At the beginning of the trade fair, you will receive wastebasket liner sets in different colours that support effective waste separation. The service partners pick up your recyclables at least twice a day and every day after the trade fair closes.
