Exhibitors' representatives provide a profile of their areas of expertise, services, products and topics for which they are responsible or which they cover in terms of content. This information is linked to the areas of interest, talking points, questions and production issues of the visitors and a matchscore® is used to assess their mutual relevance. The intelligent system learns from visitor behavior during the course of the trade fair and provides exhibitors and visitors with an overview of which discussion partners are particularly qualified for an exchange. In addition, there is a download area, e.g. for sales documents and price lists, and the possibility of making appointments online by accessing the exhibitor's calendar. Depending on individual preferences, communication via chat or video chat is possible. However, those who prefer the classical way of communication can of course still directly address exhibitors or visitors at an exhibition booth.
