The cleanmax ultrasonic is a 4-step ultrasonic cleaning machine with heatable tanks, temperature controls adapted to the workpieces and material and a recirculating air drying unit to clean sensitive mechanical components and workpieces with complex geometries such as blind holes, drill holes, cooling channels and indentations. The cleaning process is composed of a series of individual processes (cleaning, rinsing, drying) which are aligned in the unit in several stages.
