Nilfisk-CFM WST 100

The WST100 is a single-phase vac with a tilting motor-head, a 100L capacity bin, designed for wet applications. Thanks to its robustness and compact design this model is easy to manoeuvre and it's very versatile. Ideal for the mechanical industry as well as for the food and pharmaceutical sectors.

The WST100 comes in two main versions: WST100 without diverting valve and WST100 D with diverting valve for an easy and fast container discharge. Regarding the WST100 without diverting valve the container emptying is performed by a ball valve. For the WST100 D by simply moving a lever the machine is able to blow and then to discharge the liquids previously sucked. 2,4 kW (3,2 HP) power rating obtained with two single-phase by-pass motors are placed within a dark grey solid polypropylene cover and connected to the container by a self-centering metal band. Once the metal band is released the motor-head is free to be tilted. In order to protect the motor-head the WST100 safety measures are very high: both a visual cut-off system and a float shut-off system are fitted up in the vacuum as well as a double filter pad and an absorbent pad are always present. A metal basket for the metal chips recovery is also available as well as different kinds of nylon filters, letting the user to have different levels of filtration and then to re-use the sucked materials (both liquids and solids). The container is easily interchangeable. Due to all these features this machine results usable in many different sectors: ideal for the oil recovery and recycling from tooling machines, in its stainless steel version (with the exception of the motor-head and the trolley) it’s also suitable for the chemical&pharmaceutical and food companies whenever there is the need to suck liquids and getting different filtration levels.

The OIL serie is the indispensable equipment in the mecanical industry where machines tools are used. The main function of mod. OIL is to separate the lubricant/oil/coolant from the metal swarf and recover the liquids.

In a CNC machine tool many litres of coolant/oil are used in order to cool the cutting tool during the process. This "liquid" is expensive and has to be re-used. Thanks to the OIL serie, this job can be done in a very short time. The swarf is retained into a basket and just the "liquids" fall down into the main tank where an electrical liquid cut-out will stops the motor asap the maximum level is reached. Then thanks to the gun the coolant is re-ejected into the machine tool for re-using. This operation can be done while sucking the material and has a great advantage in term of money as the oil/coolant keeps its property assuring a perfect workmanship.

Threephase dry vac in Atex versions made in compliance with the ATEX Standard, specific for Zone 1 GAS and Zone 22 Dust. Its extremely compact print foot and the possibility to use it for continuous suction make those models unique vacs. A classified star-shaped polyester & antistatic filter is installed as standard on the Atex versions. Its 19,500 cm2 filtering surface ensures a highly effective filtration. Furthermore, the external manual filter shaker enables an easy filter cleaning. "L" - "M" & "H" versions are available to meet the EN 60335-2-69 - All AA The Stainless steel waste bin with a capacity of 50 litre is fitted with castors and is easily removable by a simple and funtional release system. Nilfisk-CFM S2B

2 & 3 motors Single Phase Industrial Vac.
S2B&S3B are very simple 1ph industrial vacs, ideal for the metalworking industry where metal chips mixed with oil/coolant have to be removed from machine tools. The version FM is recommended for the collection of fine dust as in the B&C field. In such case a Hepa filter KIT can be added as OPTION

S2B is fitted with 2 indipendent"by-pass" motors and available with a 50L bin. Mod. S3B has 3 indipendent "by-pass" motors and is available in 50 L or 100L bin. They are both made of metal plate. The manual filter shaker ensures a good efficiency of the filter and the release container system allows to empty the bin without disassembling the other parts of the vac.

Nilfisk-CFM S3 L100

3 motors Single Phase Industrial Vac.
S3 is a 1phase industrial vac with 3 "by-pass" motors. It's fitted with an electronic board for a good functioning & an easy monitoring. It's available with a 50L bin - 100L or a Gravity Unload System (GU) with plastic or Longopac disposal Bag. It is available in L-M or H Class certified versions.

All the models have an electronic control panel for an easy retrofitting, a manual filter shaker and a release container system. Several variants are available partially or completely in Stainless Steel, with Upstream Hepa filter in order to meet the specific needs of the market. Mod. S3 GU FM mounts instead of the metal bin a gravity unload device with a hopper where a simple plastic bag or a more sofisticated Longopac system can be fitted. The collected material falls inside the disposal bag once the vac is off. A clappet opens allowing the material to fall down. Apart the gravity unload device, mod. S3 GU FM, has as default, an "M" Class primary filter that retains very fine dust. Mod. S3 L100 is also available with a liquid level control or a solid level control. Furthermore the new 460 Single phase platform has also foreseen a version with an electric filter shaker that automatically shakes the star primary filter before and after the working phase allowing a perfect filtering efficiency. A new further version with pulse cleaning system and compressor on board is available: It's mod. S3P.

Mod. T40 is a mobile Industrial vac for liquids&solids. It's available with a 100L or 50L capacity bin as well as with a Gravity Unload system (GU) for disposal Bag. The versions with cyclone plate (CC), grate&valve (GV) and automatic stopping for liquid (L)already mounted are available as well

Thanks to its high vacuum, mod. T40 is the ideal industrial 3ph vac for the collection of heavy material. It can run for many hours without requiring maintenance thanks to its very silent and reliable double stage side channel blower. The lower position of the blower gives it a great stability even when moving on rough floors. An handle runs all around the machine allowing to pull/push it from a working place to another one. Furthermore the manual filter shaker guarantees a perfect efficiency of the filtration. A version with an automatic stopping for liquid is foreseen. Such variant mounts a grate&valve and a cyclone plate (GV CC) to make easier the worker job. An accessory box, a cable and hose/tube holders make mod. T40 very ergonomic and simplifies the daily work of the operator. From its protected position, the manometer shows to the operator when the filtration efficiency decreases, inviting him to shake the filter. The ON/OFF switch is placed on the rear of the chassis inside the carter in order to protect it against shock.
