DIATRON1000

The DIATRON1000 is a complete measuring system for internal and external measurement with integrated 7-digit display and a resolution of 0,0001 mm. It fits ergonomically in the hand. The measuring accuracy is 0,0002 mm over 4 mm travel. Static and dynamic measurements are possible. Nominal size, preset, tolerances and measuring unit (mm/inch) can be adjusted.

Data are read directly at the gauge and are transferred via cable or by radio transmission (industry standard, high data security, up to 20 m inside buildings). Data are received on the PC via receiver and free software or at the DIATRON2200 resp. 6000. Up to 120 DIATRON1000 can be connected to a radio receiver at the PC failure-free.

The DIATRON1000 requires a central button cell. It supplies the complete system including display with energy for about 4000 h operation time or for about 2 million data transmissions. Thus downtimes due to missing and different battery types are minimized, the operational capability increases.

External Gear Gauge

New external gear gauge EG for gauging the size over the balls. Gauges are available with different measuring ranges from 0 to 140 mm. Measuring range over 140 mm on request. The gauge is easy to operate and optionally includes a stand.

Flexible radio solution

On one side there is a dazzling array of digital indicators and interfaces for radio transmission, on the other side all you need is a single radio receiver of DIATEST. The DIATEST radio receiver is able to receive measured data from a variety of digital indicators and to transfer them to a PC or DIATRON.

Up to 120 radio radio sender can be connected to that single receiver. The incoming data are transferred to a PC with an optional software from DIATEST, which can discriminate between the different sender. The data can then be evaluated with e. g. Excel.

Especially when you have to be free to move and want to cover higher distances the radio solution of DIATEST shows its strengths: an operating distance up to 20 m, a high transmission reliability and a low energy consumption. The user has a maximum of a free moving space. The Diatest solution is a real radio solution, not Bluetooth.
