MOBIFIL® Welding fume filters

MOBIFIL® welding fume filters are application-orientated and of robust and compact design. Mobile, with four steering rollers, they are applicable wherever weld smoke emerges. One unit can be used with one or two suction arms simultaneously for several workplaces. MOBIFIL is noiseless.

The pros:

• Tested by the German Healt and Safety Association: MOBIFIL will be certified soon according to the W3 standard. You are on the safe side when it comes to safe removal of welding fumes at workplaces.
• Long operating time without filter replacement: The large-area filters achieve operating times from 1 ½ to 2 years (one-shift operation, according to admission). This holds as well for the filtering of big particles, e.g. as a result of working with a cutting wheel.
• Extremely clean working air: Particles sized >0.3 µm are separated up to 99.99%
• Meeting all requirements of daily industrial routine: MOBIFIL disposes of a large place of deposit for tools with a rubber mat; the tool handle being the cable reel; the filter case is not made of plastic but of shock-resistant steel - even the most rigorous environment will not be a problem.

• Flexible interior: Employing STAFIL high performance filter cartridges can be applied as well as so called surface separators (tubes); this way STAFIL can be adapted to changing requirements during continuous operation.
• Compact design: All filters from the STAFIL series have been designed space-saving in order to fit in perfectly into the production environment. Especially the STAFIL 72 series convinces through performance and capacity: it is one of the smallest and most efficient industrial dust extractors with a pneumatic cleaning device in the market.

CLAROFIL® Air Scrubber

Uncomplicated, robust and easy maintenance - and all at extremely low operating costs. Especially with problematic and potentially explosive dusts (e.g. organic dusts like flour), CLAROFIL® is working safely and reliably. The filter sludge is thoroughly discharged employing automatic sediment excavators. Thanks to the generously sized revision opening, the case interior is easily accessible and easy to maintain.

The CLAROFIL® advantages in detail:

• Meeting manifold requirements: Due to a wide ranging accessories program the CLAROFIL application is nearly unlimited (e.g. exterior installation would be possible employing heating elements).
• More economic than post-combustion: As CLAROFIL consumes very little water as washing liquid no high energy costs arise from the thermal after treatment of problematic crude gases. With the automatic ride control system for the water intake only little washing liquid is required.
• Made of stainless steel: As one of the few filters in the market CLAROFIL is made entirely out of stainless steel. Therefore it has a high resistance against corrosive crude gas loads and is protected against corrosion.

ELOFIL® Electrofilters

ELOFIL® electrostatic filters are reliable at low operating costs. They remove oil and emulsion mist as well as other airborne contaminants present in industry applications. ELOFIL® distinguishes through determined design, high quality manufacture and an efficient performance principle. The decisive advantage compared with other filtration methods:

• Re-usable filter inserts: They have just to be cleaned and are immediately ready for operation, no secondary costs for filter materials arising. Further pros: high operational reliability and long life time; i.e. the filter elements require low maintenance.
• Flow-optimized design: Despite of high exhaust capacity the fans consume very little energy. Therefore, operating costs are extremely low. ELOFIL electrostatic filters provide clean air at a reasonable price.
• Short circuit-resistant HV-generator: In every electrostatic filter short circuits can occur due to technical reasons. In case of short circuits the HV-transformer has to resist high loads. With conventional units this results in most cases in the destruction of the modular elements. Not with ELOFIL: this electrostatic filter is equipped with a electronically controlled HV-generator.
• Amplification through modular design: The units can be adapted to modified application or higher machine efficiency without additional costs. You can always go on using the machine you once purchased.
• Proven in practice: one of the most efficient elecrofilters available through our patented DODRA technology. Up to +13% higher collection efficiency compared to standard ionisers and up to +25% higher efficiency than saw-tooth ionisers.

KOMBIFIL® Dualfilters

Complex, combined airborne pollutants through changing work processes, greasy welding, or critical manufacturing steps in general require special air filtration solutions.

With a constant filtration efficiency of 99,997% for particles > 0,3 µm KOMBIFIL® Dualfilters provide for clean air even under adverse conditions - at positively low operating costs. Especially if highest demands on air purity have to be met, for example with high-precision production processes or for clean and grey-room use, KOMBIFIL® is the solution.

UNIFIL® Air Cleaners

UNIFIL® Air Cleaners offer a high performance safety up to 99.997% for removal of emulsion mist, smoke, and other airborne contaminants present in industry applications. UNIFIL air cleaners stand out for easy installation, easy operation, and easy maintenance. Thanks to the well-devised design and the utilization of high quality filter elements, the units achieve long operating times and a collection efficiency of 99.997% for particles >0.3µm.

Further benefits:

• Re-usable pre-filter elements: Their employment prolongs the operating time of the main filter and replacement is less often required as with comparable models in the market.
• Modular design: In case of changing an application, UNIFIL can be adapted any time in a budget-saving way (e.g. further pre-filter plates or gas sorption stages can be connected for the elimination of odours - in modular design!)
